These terms are the agreement between you and us for your use of Abundant Moon at abundantmoon.app (“Abundant Moon”, “the service”), including Auriana Lumina, its guide and astrologer (“Auriana”). By making a chart, creating an account or joining, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy page, which forms part of these terms.
Abundant Moon is a reflection and conversation service about abundance, astrology, dreams, meditation and sound. Your chart, a short morning reading, the Abundance Tracker, the moon calendar and a short introduction to talking with Auriana are free. Membership opens everything else.
We may add, change or retire features, and what is free and what is part of membership may change. If a change materially reduces what a paying member has already paid for, we will tell them by email beforehand.
Auriana is an AI-empowered digital creator, manifestation guide and astrologer: an artificial intelligence system. Her words are generated by software. She is not a human being and not a licensed professional.
Nothing in the service is medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and nothing is a prediction or a promise of any outcome. Astrology, dream readings and affirmations are offered for reflection and enjoyment. You are responsible for your own decisions, and you should seek a qualified professional for anything that matters to your health, money or legal position.
Abundant Moon is not a crisis service. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line straight away.
You must be 18 or older. By confirming your age you tell us this is true. One account is for one person; please keep your sign-in email secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
You can cancel at any time from Settings, or by writing to auriana@abundantmoon.app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your membership continues to the end of the period you have paid for. If you change your mind before then, you can keep it from the same place.
We do not refund part-used periods or give refunds for a change of mind, except where the law requires it. If you think you have been charged in error, write to us within 30 days and we will put it right.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under that law, including your right to a remedy if the service has a major failure.
Free accounts have a short introduction to talking with Auriana. For members, conversation is part of membership within a generous fair use: a daily limit that resets each morning, and a limit over any 30 days. We may limit or suspend accounts that use the service in an automated or unusually heavy way.
Please do not use the service for anything unlawful or harmful; try to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer it; collect its content by automated means; share, resell or sublicense your account; or use it to build a competing product. Do not enter other people’s private information without their permission.
You own what you write: your tracker entries, dreams and messages. You give us permission to store and process it so we can provide the service to you, including giving Auriana memory across your conversations. You can delete your account, and everything in it, at any time from Settings.
The service itself, including its design, text, imagery, sound and the names Abundant Moon and Auriana, belongs to us or our licensors. Your chart and your readings are for your personal use; you are welcome to share your own with others, but not to republish or sell the service’s content at scale.
To respond with care, messages are checked automatically for signs of distress. A message that trips this check may be marked so we can review how the service responded. See the Privacy page for more.
We send the emails and notifications needed to run your account, such as sign-in links, your morning reading and billing notices. Letters and offers from Auriana are sent only if you have opted in, and you can turn them off in Settings at any time.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. If we close a paid account for any reason other than a breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of the period paid for. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided as it is: it may be interrupted, and Auriana’s words may contain mistakes. We use other companies’ services to run it and are not responsible for their outages.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any failure of the service is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for the affected period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for decisions you make based on anything in the service. This does not limit any right or remedy that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will email you about material changes before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts. If you live elsewhere, you keep any consumer protections your own country’s law gives you that cannot be waived.
